ATTENTION ROOM MEMBERS!!!!!!
I would appreciate that everyone please sign this after reading it and acknowledge that they have read and understood what is being said.
It has come to our attention that the stars in the character sheets and their meaning has become somewhat of a confusing process for those creating characters and trying to get their characters approved. We apologize for any confusion that this may have caused, but we do believe that we have come up with a working system that will make this not only easier for our members but also for ourselves.
1. The Stars will have a maximum of 6 stars or 3 stars for each age category. For a vampire, the maximum physical stats one can recieve is 3 stars, but mental stats can reach 6 stars for each age group(so if your character is the age level group 301-600 that would be 6 for physical and 12 for mental). For a Lycan the other way around and Abomination due to his or her unique stats, can receive 6 on both Physical and Mental.
2. We will be setting an age system to apply to how many stars you may receive for that age group (0-300, 301-600,601-900,901-1200, and 1200+). There are five categories, but you better believe if you expect to have an older character especially in the last two categories your character's history should be pretty detailed and creative. Don't just expect to have an old character just because you want to be powerful. It doesn't work that way, you need to work for power.
3. For now your character will remain in that level, but it would not be fair to ask you to remain in that level just because your character will not age 300 years right away. For now we have not come up with a system in building up your characters power after you have been approved and started roleplaying but we promise you we will come up with something. (If anyone has any ideas please post them to the boards under the OOC Section).
4. You will be given the option of choosing where your stars go and where you want your character to excel with a limit of 15 stars in one category. So if you want your physical strength to excel more in agility rather than speed you may do so. But you may only start doing this after you have at least 1 star in each category.
Keep in mind! This is only to determine what level you are on when creating the characters and their sheets. After they are approved the age categories mean nothing. When levelling up after showing you have worked hard in playing the character to gain that level, you will simply get a certain number of stars to add to your characters stats. For a Vampire for Example. You have gotten approval for levelling up and you need to know how to change your stats according to the stars. A vampire receives 3 more stars for Physical stats and 6 for Mental. The total amount of stars any character (other than Abomination who can receive 60) is 45. NO Exceptions!!!!
Humans!!! Sorry not that you are not special but this star rule does not apply to you! Please remove the stars from your character sheet when making it. You just simply can not level up, unless changed into a nights creature.
Thank you.
